Insurance - Optional: In - transit - Insurance is available @ 35% of the total of the purchase price plus the shipping & handling. Herbal/ Ayurvedic Medicines: Please note that Customs Authorities of certain countries do permit the import of Herbal/ Ayurvedic Medicines into their countries, for personal use, as such we do supply the orders to such countries. Buyers may buy the products, after consulting at their end, about the permissions, duties etc.. Buyer pays any Customs Duties and completes the formalities etc. at their end at their cost/s. Returns & Refunds Policy:
Orders once paid, cannot be changed or cancelled.
For money back offers, only defects from original manufacturers if found will be provided / or in case of a problem or damage from our side.Courier/ Airmail / Speed Post/ Damage during transit is not covered if the insurance is not paid for by the buyer.
In any case, no refund of the shipping charges will be done.Only product cost will be refunded.

If packets are returned back to us, for any reasons, such packets can be re-claimed by buyers, only on payment of Re-Shipping & Handling by the buyer, for the second attempt to deliver, as follows:
a) for delivery by Registered Post Air Mail via India Post $ 12.50 USD, for the first 250 Grams or part thereof & $ 2.50 USD for each additional 250 Grams or part thereof.
b) for delivery by EMS (Express Mail Service) by Speed Post via India Post $20.00 USD, , for the first 250 Grams or part thereof & $ 5.00 USD for each additional 250 Grams or part thereof.
c) for delivery by EMS Speed Post within India, the charges for re-shipping for second attempt to deliver shall be $ 12.50 USD, for the first 250 Grams or part thereof & $ 2.50 USD for each additional 250 Grams or part thereof.
Please note that there in no policy for any cancellation or change of order, under any circumstances.
