We offer FREE SHIPPING on all our products to all countries across the world. No other extra charge will be levied on your order ever.

Upon receipt of Payment, all packets are shipped, the next working day itself.
Tracking Number will also be provided for your satisfaction and to track the parcel..

We also offer expedited shipping on your  request upon payment of the difference for the expedited shipping. Please contact us to get the quote for extra shipping which would be applicable.

We are Verified PayPal/ eBay seller with 100% positive record with thousands of "Verified Buyers" score from all over the world. Buyer may place the orders online, with full confidence. We accept only PayPal as our payment mode as it is the most secure with 128 bit encryption. In case you do not have a PayPal account, you can very easily pay using your credit card or debit card using the same payment gateway of PayPal.

Refunds & Returns :

We are proud to announce that our refund & return percentage combined is 1% one of the lowest in the e-commerce industry. Such is the quality of products we offer. So, come what may, our only aim is to ensure you get what you ordered in a best way !


Orders once paid, cannot be canceled.  If any item you receive has any manufacturing defect, faulty workmanship, The Big Indian Store (spicesonline.info) will refund it. Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for food items (such as spices etc). We think this is quite understable. But, in some genuine cases we will provide credit on a case by case basis for future purchases of same amount. Also we are unable to accept any unsealed health products as returns as that may be infectious once opened.

If you still need to return any item, you must notify our Customer Call Center within 7 days of receipt of your order clearly stating the reason and photos of the product showing damaged. Please leave a message at our Customer Call Center at +91 757-485-9405. Your inquiry will be promptly returned within 48 hours and we will ensure that your case is properly and unbiasedly heard. We will issue a 100% refund, credited to your next The Big Indian Store order or purchasing credit card. (Minus the actual cost of shipping the order to you, if the return is a result of an error other than ours).

All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original accessories. Pre-recorded media, such as CDs & DVDs must be unopened to receive a refund. Opened media may be returned only if it contains a manufacturer's defect. If the original is defective, you may exchange these items for the same title if available, if not, exchange credit will be granted for the same media type (CDs for CDs and DVDs for DVDs). Please note that returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

On receipt of the returned items in acceptable condition, the replacement will be processed and dispatched in 2 working days subject to availability. On dispatch, the package will reach you in a timeframe of 2-3 weeks. In case, the replacement is not available, then a refund will be processed and credited to you in 10-15 working days.

The Big Indian Store return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arrived at its destination, including spoilage, melting or other damage. All items must be returned in its original, unopened condition. The Big Indian Store will refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our own error.

In case you are not satisfied for any other reason, please get in touch right away with us via our contact us page.In some cases, you might want to return the product for any reason (e.g. you changed your mind or you find it undesirable), in that case you will have to ship the original products that we sent to you back to us at the postal address mentioned on the contact us page. Once we receive the products undamaged, we will process the refund minus the shipping charges on the original shipment we sent and 25% restocking fees. Please note that edible items cannot be accepted as returns considering they have low shelf life. We will do the replacement on best effort basis or a future purchase credit. You can return such goods only till 7 calendar days on receipt of the purchase
