Red Chilly Whole

It is bright red in color and dried. Red chillies (Laal Mirch / Lal Mirchi) are richly aromatic and have a very strong intensity of aroma.
Whole red chilies are used in curries, rice preparations and are very widely used in India.
It relieves painful joints. Research shows that capsaicin, found in chili peppers, has an anti-inflammatory effect, which may help ease arthritic swelling and pain.
