Nutmeg - Jaifal

It is a hard nut, brown in color. It has a strong flavor and is very similar to mace. It has a slight sweet flavor.
It is used in dessert preparations like custards, puddings, pies, pastries, and soufflés.
Also widely used in preparing flavored milk.
