MTR Rice Dosa

MTR Rice Dosa - No grinding, no fuss - crisp golden dosas are now so easy to make. Serve hot with MTR sambar and MTR Potato Sagu. Mix 1 measure of MTR Instant Dosa Mix with 1/2 measure of curd and 1 measure of water into a smooth batter. Set aside for 10 mins. Spread one small cup of batter on a heated tava. Add a spoonful of ghee and fry both sides on a low flame. Rub the tava gently with wet cloth. Repeat above step.
