MTR Paneer Tikka Masala 300g

A delicious North Indian dish made with either soft paneer cheese or dish of chicken chunks (chicken tikka) in a rich red, creamy, lightly spiced, tomato-based sauce. The dish is similar to Butter Chicken. Paneer Tikka Masala is traditionally served as a main dish with Indian breads (Rotis) and a side of greens and dal Indian style. - Serve with a flat breads or rice. The meal could also include pickles, chutneys, kachumbers, Raita or Indian salads and papad or Indian savory wafers. Just heat the pack contents and a yummy paneer dish is ready to be served in two minutes! This pack can also be used to prepare Chicken Tikka Masala as follows : Chicken Tikka Ingredients: 4 tbsp. Tikka Masala powder 2-3 tbsp. oil or ghee 12oz chicken breast, cubed or paneer pieces 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt 1/2 cup plain yogurt Directions: Transfer the spice powder to a medium bowl. Add the ginger, garlic and yogurt and season with salt. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Light a grill. Remove the chicken from the marinade and brush the pieces with the melted butter/ghee. Season with salt. Oil the grate and grill the chicken over high heat, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and cooked through, about 8 minutes
